* Kathy felt privileged to spend eight months working on The Children of 9/11 PEOPLE Magazine cover story in advance of the 10th anniversary of Sept. 11th. Kathy worked with the family featured on the cover, as well as with several other amazing families featured in the magazine.

* Kathy is now contributing to iVillage! She is thrilled to be writing for the popular site's "pregnancy & parenting" section, which marries her passions for mommyhood and journalism.

* Think you know Ruth Madoff? You'll see her in a whole new light after reading the recent investigative piece in PEOPLE Magazine. Kathy spent weeks reporting the story and the collaborative effort shed new light on this elusive woman.
